This weeks retro Wednesday highlights the Slinky...nuff said right?
Well not quite. There is so much fun wound up into this little coiled spring.
When it was first premiered in the 40's, the entire stock of 400 sold out in just 90 minutes! As of now, it has sold over 300 million units! Crazy!
The Slinky was first invented in Pennsylvania and, in 2002 became Pennsylvania's official state toy.
