In April, we received an order from Mark F. for 6 reels through our Stereo program (a way to order reels with 3D pictures). His plan was to knock the socks off his friend Wally Wingert for his birthday with reels of various entertainment memorabilia. Was it a success, you ask? YES! We received this message from Mark:
"A while back, you made six fantastic reels for me. My intent was to give them to my buddy (Wally Wingert) as a birthday gift. Well, today was his birthday and he LOVED the viewer and reels! I wasn't able to see him open it in person. But, he sent me the following text after opening the box. It read "Wow! How did u do that [viewer]? It's awesome! THX!!" I responded then emailed him a couple photos of the viewer and my girlfriend having fun with it. He replied, "That may very well be the coolest thing I have ever seen! Thanks again!"
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you again for the great job you did in making the reels and getting them done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using your services again in the future. Here's a couple pictures of the viewer. My girlfriend added the vinyl lettering."
Can an email really get much better than that? I don't think so!
