Image3D is hiring a B2B Outbound Sales Representative Contractor to join our team!

 

**This position reports to the co-president and has a strong opportunity for growth. This role will start as a part-time contractor as we get to know each other and establish outbound sales procedures for the company. Our intention is for this individual to grow their hours and responsibilities rapidly by bringing in the framework and revenue to support the growth of an outbound sales department**

 

Key Details:

• Pay: $23.95 - $33.75 / hr base, plus uncapped commission

• Location: Fully remote, or if you are near Milwaukie, Oregon you are welcome to work in the office full- or par-time.

• Work Arrangement/Schedule: Part-Time Contractor, 40-80 hrs/month negotiable, set your own work schedule.

• Proven successful track record in B2B sales, or related sales field

• Ability to plan and organize work independently, including developing realistic goals, targents, actions plans, workflows, and procedures.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks or other accounting software, and ACT or comparable CRM software.

• Ability to create business correspondence, reports, and proposals.

• Ability to communicate through written and verbal methods clearly and informatively in English.

• Ability to build strong customer relations and a positive customer experience in a B2B setting.

• Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and adapt or pivot strategies to meet goals and deliverables.

• Criminal background check completed before start date; prior convictions will not necessarily prevent hire.

 

Position Overview: The business-to-business (B2B) outbound sales representative carries out the outbound sales process for Image3D. This individual is responsible for initial research, qualifying leads, consistent contact with potential customers, problem-solving to meet potential customer needs, and closing sales.

• Create and implement the outbound B2B sales strategy from initially qualifying a prospective client to closing the sale.

• Establish and work on previous client outreach programs to generate repeat sales

• Establish and work a designated vertical market program to build a consistent ongoing business.

• Utilize the company's CRM and other systems to enter data and move prospects/customers through the sales funnel.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to determine the best approaches to capture new customers.

• Contribute ideas for sales process improvement.

• Complete other duties as assigned.

Title:Production Team Member - SEASONAL with permanent potential

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time In-person

Location: Portland, OR

Image3D’s production team member will be trained to fill multiple roles in our warehouse, including building viewers and fulfilling orders. This is a seasonal position, starting immediately and continuing through the end of 2022, with the potential to join the staff permanently after that.

 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Warehouse, production or similar experience preferred

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and to talk and listen

• Must be able to see clearly close up and at distance, in color and in three dimensions, with corrective lenses if required

• May be asked to lift 40 pounds safely and properly

• Good written and spoken English

• Basic computer and keyboarding familiarity

• Comfortable with easy-to-learn software programs

• Commitment to overtime as needed

• Able and willing to perform long periods of repetitious work

Compensation:

$15.35 – 18.83/hr depending on experience
