Title: B2B Outbound Sales Representative

Schedule: Full-Time; Remote, In-person or Hybrid

Location: Portland, OR

Education and Experience:

• 4-year degree or 4 years of related experience

• 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience

• Experience establishing a successful B2B sales outreach program preferred

• Experience in enterprise sales a plus

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks or other accounting software and ACT or comparable CRM software

• Ability to communicate through written and verbal methods clearly and informatively in English.

• Ability to create business correspondence, reports and proposals.

• Demonstrated knowledge of market and competition.

• Ability to align work with strategic company goals.

• Ability to plan and organize work autonomously, including developing realistic action plans, workflows and procedures.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities or unexpected events.

 

What You’ll Do: The B2B outbound sales representative carries out the outbound B2B sales process for Image3D. This individual designs and implements sales programs, including previous client outreach and vertical market outreach programs. They are responsible for initial research, qualifying leads, consistent contact with potential customers, problem solving to meet potential customer needs, and closing sales.

 

This position reports to the co-president initially and will report to the sales manager or director as the company grows its sales team.

 

This role will:

• Take control of the entire outbound B2B sales process from initially qualifying a prospective buyer to closing the sale.

• Establish and work a previous client outreach program to generate repeat sales.

• Establish and work a designated vertical market program to build consistent ongoing business.

• Utilize the company's CRM and other systems to enter data and move prospects/customers through the sales funnel.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to determine the best approaches to capture new customers.

• Contribute ideas for sales process improvement.

• Complete other duties as assigned.
