If you need your order by Mother's Day, please follow the guides below for our recommended shipping method deadlines to receive your delivery by the big day on Sunday, May 10th.

*If you have a different deadline, such as a date prior to May 10th, please use our standard 5 business day turnaround + shipping time selected to get it by the date you need. Note that UPS does not deliver on the weekends.

Please Note:

• If you have a redemption code from a 3rd party seller with a free shipping method included, we do not recommend choosing the free shipping method for Mother's Day deliveries. This method is not trackable, with longer transit times, and is not guaranteed to arrive by Mother's Day. 

• We have tried our best to help you get your package on time for Mother's Day, however, we cannot be responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carriers. UPS 2-Day and UPS Next-Day are the only shipping services that guarantee their delivery times. For more information, please see our Shipping Policies page.

• Our turnaround time to create your custom order is 5 business days. The shipping method you select does not impact the time it takes us to make your reel(s). The estimated delivery times are days after the order has been shipped form our facility.
