Build-A-Reel Images and Uploading Details

When using the Build-A-Reel on our site there are some things you should know and be prepared for when it comes to your images and how to have an easy and successful experience when using it.

File Types

JPG are prefered, it will also accept gif and png files. Other formats may cause errors uploading or poor image quality.

File Size

The uploader will not work with any file over 4.5mb. For faster upload times 800k-2mb file sizes are best.

Image Resolution

1112px wide by 955px tall will give you the closet dimension to a single frame on a reel with good quality.

Image Color

RGB Color is prefered. Other formats may work but can cause a shift in quality and color.

Internet Connection

Customer that have very slow uploading times of images or when they return to a saved reel and have slow loading times are experiencing a slow internet connection. To avoid this, the most common solution is to use the website from a new location.
