WHERE CAN I GET DETAILED INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO BUILD A REEL?

WHY ARE THERE ONLY 7 IMAGES WHEN I COUNT 14 FRAMES ON THE REEL?

For reels to have a true 3D effect, either via the 3D stereo website or the option of 3D text on the Celebrate website, the viewer needs an image for the right eye and an image for the left eye. Even when using 2D photos, you still need a left and right eye to mesh with the viewer. The net result is 7 images.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 7 PHOTOS THAT I WANT TO USE?

You can always make more than one reel.

WHAT IF I WANT TO USE PHOTOS FROM "THE OLD DAYS?"

If your photos aren’t digital, have them scanned at a camera shop or copy store (e.g. Kinko’s). Scan at 150 dpi (NOT 72), 6˝ tall x 7˝ wide.

WHAT FILE SIZE SHOULD I USE FOR MY PHOTOS?

For the best results, your photos should be about 1-megabyte in size. You may use larger photos but the larger the file is, the longer it will take to transfer it to our website. The Build-A-Reel will not accept anything larger than 4mb. Much smaller files will be fuzzy and out of focus when produced. WHY IS THE BUILD-A-REEL NOT SAVING MY WORK OR IS FUNCTIONING SLOW?

The most common reason for these issues are internet connection problems. Click here to view solutions we have to help you resolve these issues.

WILL MY IMAGES BE IN 3D?

If you submit 2D images through the Celebrate website your reel will not be in 3D. There is no "easy" button to convert 2D to 3D. However, you do have the awesome option of adding 3D text.
*If you are 3D savvy and have 3D images you can use our Stereo website for a true 3D effect.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within five business days of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. Please note that orders with a viewer imprint take ten business days to be processed and shipped.

CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTER?

We ship your order in five business days. That’s pretty darned fast.

CAN I ORDER JUST ONE REEL/VIEWER SET?

Definitely! Order as many or as few as you wish.

WHY IS THE COST OF THE FIRST SET MORE THAN THE OTHER SETS?

It takes our graphic department more time to set up your master reel. For additional sets, we simply make copies of the master.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR REELS, VIEWERS & IMPRINTING?

A complete price list is available for you here. You'll find everything from reels, viewers and imprinting prices to complete boxed sets. Please note that orders with Viewer imprints take 10 business days to complete as opposed to 5 business days.

Yes! We ship all over the world!

Our shipping is not standardized in price. Shipping cost varies upon location, quantity ordered, and weight. When checking out of your shopping cart on our website, you are prompted to pick between FedEx Ground, Express, 2-Day, or Overnight, and USPS Priority (for USA) and FedEx economy or priority (for international). So, there are plenty of options and price points!

Also, please note, that when ordering internationally, Image3D is not responsible for paying the local duties and taxes on your order.

WHY ARE VIEWERS AND REELS LESS EXPENSIVE IN A TOY STORE?

The reels aren’t customized for you, so they’re mass produced in the millions which lowers the cost per reel.
